It's an exciting time to join this organisation of nearly 10,000 employees as they are about to embark on a significant change journey which will impact all areas of the business including systems,?processes, capabilities, frameworks, policies, and especially their culture.?

In this newly created opportunity you will play a key role in a major SAP implementation across this large and complex organisation. Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager and working as part of a specialist project team, you will support the Change and Communications Managers in the delivery of all associated initiatives, play a key role in coordinating and supporting the Change Network, conduct Business Change Readiness?Assessments, as well as coordinate and monitor FAQ's and feedback channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high profile project and learn from a team of highly experienced Change, Communications and Project Management?people.?

?As the successful applicant you will also possess:?

Previous experience working in project change and communications
Solid understanding of change and communications methodologies
Excellent written communication skills
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
Analytical approach, high attention to detail and strong problem solving ability
High levels of pragmatism
Self managing and action oriented
Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Change Management or a related discipline?
