IOC president not too swift with comment

IOC President Jacques Rogge claims that it?s too early to declare Usain Bolt a legend; when, instead, it?s Mr. Rogge who is simply slow in recognizing that the legend he doubts already exists. The evidence is blatant from Beijing to London and all around the globe, where the under-employment rate of timing devices skyrockets wherever Mr. Bolt so briefly appears. He dominates his disciplines as no other of the human species ever has. Perhaps he is too fast for some to grasp that something has just passed them by.
