8:20PM EST: The Siyum HaShas at MetLife Stadium is underway, with the stadium packed with tens of thousands of people. Security is very tight, with bomb-sniffing dogs checking each vehicle entering the parking lot, and security checking every bag coming into the stadium.
Mincha has concluded, and the program has begun with a welcoming speech made by Mr Eli Kleinman, Chairman of the evening. It was followed by a audio visual presentation, a tribute to Mr Jerome Schottenstein. Following the presentation, Mr. Shlomo Yehudah Rechnitz ? MC of the Siyum addressed the crowd.
Mr. Rechnitz introduced HaRav Shmuel Kamanetzky, Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshiva Philadelphia who is currently delivering Divrei Brachah.
